Last updated: October 3, 2026. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Acadular (the “Service”), including our website, school management platform, and related demos or registration requests.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our site, booking a demo, submitting a school registration request, or using the Service after approval, you agree to these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Account requests & approval

School signup creates a pending platform request. Access is granted only after Super Admin review and approval. We may approve, reject, or request additional information. Temporary or permanent access may be suspended if information provided is inaccurate or these Terms are violated.

3. Plans & billing

Plan selection (including student limits and billing cycle) forms part of your request. Final commercial terms, invoices, and renewals are confirmed upon approval or as otherwise agreed in writing. Prices shown on marketing pages may change; your approved subscription terms control.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt unauthorized access to other schools’ data or system internals
• Interfere with Service availability, security, or performance
• Share login credentials outside authorized staff roles
• Use the Service for spam or unlawful communications

5. School data & privacy

Schools remain responsible for the accuracy of student, staff, and parent data entered into the platform and for obtaining any required consents. We process data to provide the Service and related support. Each school’s data is kept separate from other tenants under role-based access controls.

6. Intellectual property

Acadular, its logos, software, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors’). You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your school’s internal operations while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of content and data you upload.

7. Availability & support

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. Support channels and response levels may vary by plan.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability related to these Terms is limited to fees paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim, where applicable.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time subject to your subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, access ends; data export options (if any) will be communicated according to your plan or support process.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
